Refund Policy

At Sabil Informatics Private Limited we do not have any refund policy for normal orders placed in order to have a product developed or services needed. As our business model is such that we only  make or develop products which are custom made as per customers requirement. You are requested to double check your requirements before making the payment on the payment gateway. Orders once place will not be cancelled at any circumstances.

Out of Turn Refund:

At times when the order for development or services is yet not placed with us and a transaction is done on our payment gateway and later you change your decision of doing business with us in such circumstances you can claim your transaction which will be checked, reconciled with our statements of accounts and refunded to you in 8 working days (Day Claim request raised +7 working days). Also, any bank charges applicable in such transactions will be deducted from the final amount which will be refunded.
